Ian's journey began in the early days as a filler, but his thirst for learning and natural adaptability saw him take on a wide range of roles, from driving to blending. Most recently, he has been entrusted with managing the Print Room and Operations, a testament to his commitment and ability to tackle new challenges with skill and professionalism.
Jae Cope, a colleague from Export Sales, had this to say about working with Ian for two decades:
"I have worked with Pyp now for nearly 20 years, and I would struggle to find a more professional and loyal member of the team. His journey from a filler to covering almost every aspect of the business, including his crucial role in Operations, is nothing short of inspiring.
